Although you move the pieces in the usual way, the big difference with this game is that you don't wait for your opponent to move. There are no turns, you just have to be the quickest to move your pieces and defeat the King of your opponent. However, each piece you move has to wait for at least 10 seconds before being moved again.

In Kung Fu Chess you can also play either against one player or two, so that there are three players at the same time. In this case the winner is the one who is last to have his King still standing.
